What is the future of European football with big clubs from top leagues are uniting against UEFA to create a new super league in lieu of the existing Champions League format to crown the Champions of Europe.
Last year a twelve club organization was formed to revolutionize football across Europe. However, facing protests within forty-eight hours from the fans, most of the clubs pulled out their names from the union. Three clubs, Real Madrid, Barcelona and Juventus did not officially pulled out their names from the union. Now these three clubs has gone to EU court of Justice against the UEFA and the verdict is almost here. Now what the verdict will be is a completely different argument. Will European Super League Become a Reality?

Broad-based Meritocratic Competitions:
The ESL promised a multi-divisional tournament with sixty to eighty teams. It says that the competitors will have to reach the main stages of the competition on merit. This is a huge step ahead from the original plan of the Super League where they said it to be a tourney of twenty teams out of which fifteen teams will always qualify in each year being the founding members of the competition.
Domestic League Tournaments:
