Rudy Giuliani Allegedly Prohibited From Law Practice Both In DC & NY

Though not a regular court practitioner anymore, the canceling of the license would mean a huge setback for the veteran lawyer. Rudy Giuliani got his license canceled short-term in NY. The court pointed out that Rudy Giuliani was found guilty of providing wrong and manipulated information to the court. He was also accused of misleading the common people & several other dignitaries during the election campaign for Donald Trump.

While the court showed concerns about Giuliani’s statement could pose a possible threat to the common people, the veteran denied it. Giuliani defended himself saying that neither of his statements during the campaign drew negative mass reactions.

However, the court clarified that after repeated reminders, Giuliani failed to refrain from his act of misguidance. It now remains to be seen which way the final verdict in this matter heads in.
