Stimulus Checks have been the most discussed topic in the United States of America in the past couple of years. Most of the families reaped rich benefits from the government-aided money. When the time was dark, the federal government came to the aid of the common people. The government designed a program that aimed to provide monetary relief to the citizens. These monetary reliefs were known as Stimulus Check.

These checks served as a huge pillar to all the citizens. The covid pandemic compelled the nation to impose a complete shutdown. The shutdown saw most of the citizens losing their jobs. Not only did they lose their jobs but they also found it very difficult to find an alternative. Many others were not paid adequately. These made the households struggle with their finances. The people have expressed their desire to get another round of payment. Various petitions favoring the fourth stimulus check have been signed. One of the petitions has become hugely popular. Over a 2.7million signed the online petition.

It was initiated by the owner of a restaurant. However, despite all the requests, the federal government does not seem to take note. The administration of Biden thinks that the economy has stabilized to a large extent. Thus, the chances of another round of Checks are very much bleak. However, people from California must not lose heart. The state will be delivering stimulus checks to the residents soon. Let us learn about the checks in detail below.

Stimulus Check: Golden State Stimulus Still Persisting

California was the first state to provide stimulus checks to the residents. They provided a relief program named Golden State Stimulus. The program provided $600 for all the qualifying residents of the state. People who earned less than $75000 annually qualified for the payments.

The remainder of the Golden State Stimulus Checks will be dispatched this month. According to the news, almost 73000 checks will be dispatched to the citizens soon.
