One of the ultimate stimulus checks for the residents of California is under process. The checks are presently being sent out in the month of October through direct deposit. This program is named Tax Refund for Middle Class and the beneficiaries are going to get stimulus payments worth $200 to $1,500. California relief payments come in a time of desperate need as people are struggling against inflation. This one-time payment from October 2022 to January 2023 will help ease the financial crisis according to the Board of Franchise Tax (FTB).

Californians yet to receive their stimulus check will receive their money soon through a mail-in debit card. Most people have already got their payments while the ones being delivered will reach soon. 

Individual taxpayers earning under $75,000 along with couples earning under $150,000 will receive $350 based on their income and situation. In addition, families with children will get an extra $350 for each child, a maximum of 2 children. 

Moreover, individuals with an income of $75,000-$125,000 along with couples earning $150,000-250,000 will receive $750. Individuals earning $125,000-$250,000 along with couples earning $250,000-$500,000 will get $600. Nonetheless, couples earning over $500,000 and individuals earning over $250,000 are not eligible. 

Details About Relief Payments 

The direct deposits were delivered in October and have already been received by 14th November. The residents who have not got their payments yet will receive their stimulus check through a debit card by 14th January 2023. These payments have been sent out on 24th October. 

Residents left out of stimulus payments under the Golden State program are eligible to get this payment. Their stimulus money will be sent out from 5th December 2022. Only Californians who filed their 2020 taxes by 15th October 2021 are considered eligible and must have filled in their details correctly.
