The actor has finally exchanged vows with his long time partner in California on 11th November at a winery in the Golden State.
The Daily Mail stated that the Twilight star, 30, and Taylor Dome, 25, ties a knot together on Friday at Winery of Epoch Estate, just in the outskirts of Paso Robles. While taking a break from performing, Taylor met his future wife for the first time.
Taylor in January in a statement to PEOPLE told that he now wants to step back and live his life. He told that he wanted to spend more time with his friends and family. He said that his sister first introduced him to his longtime partner, nurse Taylor Dome. He said that his sister said that she found his future wife, and the rest become history.

The pair made their relation known back in 2018, and on Nov of 2021, Taylor Lautner proposed in front of a fireplace embellished with candles and rose petals.
Taylor Lautner shared the stunning photos from the proposal back then. He said that all his wish came true. Taylor Dome on the other hand shared those photos on her Instagram account saying that Lautner is her best friend and she cannot wait to spend all her life with him.
Despite the fact that Lautner and Dome only recently became acquainted, Taylor was already familiar with the actor. This year, Taylor Lautner said that Dome was always been a fan of the Twilight franchise on the Kelly Clarkson Show, which helped catapult him to fame in 2008.
