Chris Cuomo, announces on his show “Cuomo Prime Time” that his wife Christina is now a victim of COVID-19.
The CNN host adds that “It is the one thing I was hoping wouldn’t happen and now it has.”
The anchor was diagnosed positive with COVID-19 earlier on 31st March and was self-quarantined in the basement of his house. He had hoped since then that he hadn’t passed it on to his wife and their three children.
Chris tweeted on Wednesday announcing the news. “Sure enough, Cristina has covid now.” Luckily, his kids are healthy yet, but the CNN host doesn’t fail to admit that the news has left him shaken up to his very core.

Amidst all this disturbing information in the Cuomo family, Andrew, Chris’ brother made light of the atmosphere by making a joke.
“The good news…Cristina his going to blame you for this…this is going to be number 17 on the list.”
