Steve Kerr, the Golden State Warriors coach is very much hopeful that Andrew Wiggins, one of their star players will be returning to the squad soon. The forward has already missed twenty games due to family-related reasons.

Andrew Wiggins, the veteran forward of NFL has not been out of practice. Apparently he has been working out every day. However, when and if he comes back to the team, the medics of Golden State Warriors will have to inspect him and assess his fitness levels before letting him train and play with the team once again. The coach of the team has confirmed that.

Why Wiggins has not been with the squad has not been revealed as it is private. However, he hasn’t stepped into the ground with his fellow warriors since their match against the Wizards. He has missed his fortieth game overall. He has missed three games with left foot soreness and 10 because he got strained adductor in his right thigh, and seven because of a non-COVID-19 illness.

Steph Curry said that he is willing to give his colleague the time he needs. He said that he would love to have him in their team whenever they play. After their win against the New Orleans, he said that of course, Andrew wants to be a part of the team. However, he does not want to push anything. Stephen Curry said that when Andrew Wiggins returns to the court again, it will be when the time is right.

The twenty-eight years old Wiggins was signed in a four-year deal. He has been averaging 17.1 points with 2.3 assists, and 5 rebounds per game. He just got his name in the all-star team last season only.
