When Heidi Klum’s 17-year-old daughter Leni Klum decided to continue in her mother’s footsteps, the older Klum was definitely elated. Now, seeing her daughter strutting down the runway for Dolce & Gabbana at the Venice show– where she wore a bright blue ensemble which was topped with a sequined crown- she was proud of her.
Needless to say, she recorded her daughter’s feat on social media where she captured the moment when her daughter flashed her a smile while walking past her.
Heidi Klum’s Mother Has Taken To Modeling Like A Fish To Water
Heidi Klum captioned the video with “The smile when she sees mom”. Later that day, the supermodel and judge of America’s Got Talent shared another picture of herself as she sat in the front row- waiting for her daughter’s ramp walk. Since the picture was captured by Sara Foster, the supermodel tagged her in the picture while thanking her for it.
Interestingly, Klum’s teenage daughter had been receiving modeling offers as early as 12, but she got her official start the previous year when she did her first solo magazine cover on Glamour Germany. This was quite symbolic- exactly 20 years after her mom posted for the inaugural issue of the publication.
Heidi Klum’s teenage daughter was featured in the cover wearing a floral-print dress along with whimsical sleeves. The youngest Klum then took to Instagram where she thanked her fans and everyone else who made her first solo so special. She also stated how much it was an honor for her to be sharing this with her mother, who was the first-ever model for the cover.
Leni Klum made her debut in December, where she posed for Vogue Germany along with her mother, Heidi Klum.
