Mama June reached out and placed Honey Boo Boo’s head on her shoulder after being advised by the therapist to soothe her kid. Honey Boo Boo talked out how it felt to get her mother’s hug for the first time in years after the poignant event.

A little more than a month after Mama June celebrated Alana’s high school graduation in May, a video of the mother and daughter was made public.
Mama June uploaded a video of her and her family applauding Alana as she took the stage during her graduation. The video also shows Lauryn yelling out her sister’s nickname, “Lana.”
