The 18 years old Kyle Rittenhouse was present at Mount Pleasant’s Pudgy’s Pub along with his parents in the afternoon between 2:25 pm – 4:25 pm, according to the statement of the police of Mount Pleasant. Antioch teen, Kyle Rittenhouse was charged with shooting 2 people fatally during protests last summer in Wisconsin’s Kenosha.

However, it appears that he wasn’t violating his bond through going to the bar in Wisconsin hours after he pleaded not being guilty to the accusations and charges levied against him, according to the police. Rittenhouse, who just turned 18, appeared at Wisconsin’s Pudgy’s Pub located in Wisconsin’s Mount Pleasant only a few hours after his hearing. Images on social sites got circulated with Kyle Rittenhouse wearing a t-shirt describing his freedom and drinking a pitcher of beer. The village police were concerned that Kyle was violating his bond so they went ahead and informed the department.

During the discussion with the office of the district attorney of Kenosha County, it became clear that his visit to Wisconsin’s bar was not in violation of his agreement because he was present there in the company of his parents. Under the law of Wisconsin, a person below the age of 21 years can drink alcohol inside licensed bars only if that person is there with his/her parent, spouse, or guardian having the legal age of drinking.

Kyle Rittenhouse is charged and accused of killing Anthony Huber and Joseph Rosenbaum and wounding a person named Gaige Grosskreutz on 25th August’s night following militia member’s call of protecting businesses during the protest movements when the police shot Jacob Blake. Kyle is currently awaiting his trial while being free on a bail worth $2 million. Most of that $2 million came from donors who worship him for protecting people.
