Just the previous week, she uploaded a short video in front of tiles where she was wearing a see-thru romper with matching bottoms and a bralette. She previously posted that stress wasn’t a part of her life anymore as she had completely overhauled her practices from what they were before. She also stated that she was now letting go of everything that didn’t serve her any further.
Laverne Cox, it can be understood, is a major champion of self-love, especially as a trans activist. In a 2020 interview with Health, her mantra was that she needed to move through the challenges while not placing her worthiness on the line itself. She stated that her worthiness was a birthright- precisely why she wanted to breeze through the challenges life put before her, without sacrificing her worth.
Laverne Cox believes that the first thing she does as part of her self-love is sleeping. She explained that when she is in New York, her main point of business would be to sleep after working, and not go for coffee. And that was all she was going to do.
