Melissa Gorga will not be leaving. The Real Housewives of New Jersey actress addressed reports that she is quitting the long-running reality series on her Instagram Story on Thursday night in response to remarks she and her husband, Joe Gorga, made regarding their tense relationship with Teresa Guidice. In an earlier episode of Melissa’s On Display podcast, she talked about missing Teresa’s wedding.
Melissa said she “never indicated” she or her husband were quitting the show and claimed she and Joe were not invited to her sister-in-opulent law’s wedding to Louie Ruelas over the weekend.
As a result of their protracted conflict being “too poisonous,” Melissa and Joe Gorga made the decision not to attend Teresa Giudice’s wedding to Luis “Louie” Ruelas.

Melissa Gorga, 43, stated on her “On Display” podcast on Thursday that there are times when relationships get too toxic and you try over and over again but it always ends up being the same thing. “Even if it is family, you have to let it go,” Melissa added. The arguments between Melissa and Joe and Louie, 46, were the subject of more general comments from Joe and Melissa Gorga, who acknowledged a blowout during the Season 13 finale, which was taped earlier this month. The “Real Housewives of New Jersey” actress also hinted that Giudice’s new spouse may be the cause of why she and Joe, 42, opted to forgo his sister’s extravagant wedding in New Jersey.
In order to ensure Teresa’s happiness, Melissa Gorga said, “[There were] previous disagreements with Louie that we have never discussed and that we have opted to kind of brush under the rug.”
