MLS All Star will be hosting Amaju Pinnick as the chief guest. Pinnick was the respected official of the Nigeria Football Federation. Pinnick is all set to witness the All Star in action very soon. The Stars will take on the Liga MX on Wednesday. The match will be the first instance of the Stars taking on the Liga MX. Wednesday’s fixture will be played at the Stadium of California banc. According to reports, Pinnick is already on his way to America. He has been reported to leave from his country on Monday.
MLS All Star Suffers Injury Scare
Pannick has confirmed the news of his arrival at the game. He officially stated that he would be appearing as the chief guest on Wednesday. He will be joined by other respected personalities from the football world.
The Star seems to be having quite a good season this year. The pre-season conditioning seems to be great. It is reflecting in the performance of all the players. The MLS All-Star team possesses high hopes of being the champion this year. However, unfortunately, the team has suffered a big blow. Their attacking mainstay, Chicharito, has been injured. His original name was Javier Hernandez. He plays his club football for the Galaxy.
MLS All Star will not feature Chicharito and Carlos Vela. Hernandez is nursing a calf injury while Vela is down with a right quadriceps issue. The injuries will keep them out of the derby of LA Galaxy & LA FC. Hernandez is reported to be making good progress with the injury. However, the team management did not want to take any sort of risk. The doctor declared him unfit to appear for the exhibition match. Bob Bradley is expected to take the mantle of managing the All Stars.
