Residents in some states could still receive a tax check or other payment in 2023. The final federal stimulus checks were mailed out in 2021. However, for more recent economic woes facing Americans most notably high inflammation- there’s been no such relief from the federal government. fortunately, some states stepped in and filled the void with their own stimulus check payments in 2022.

But you may not be aware that a handful of those state stimulus payments are still being sent in 2023. Who still might get a check, how large will the check be, and when will the check arrive from state to state? With little immediate relief from the federal government to respond to record inflammation 191 states have already sent payments to taxpayers.
