Even as Wendy Williams continues on her steady road to recovery, her close pals are filling in as guest hosts as The Wendy Williams Show is back in the new year will fresh episodes. A number of guest hosts are lined up to fill in for January.

Remy Ma and Fat Joe will be there in the 1st week for Wendy Williams, David Perler, the executive producer announced on Wednesday. Michael Rapaport, who has already done share hosting duties will come in for an entire week starting January 10.

The third week will be helmed by Finesse Mitchell and Kym Whitley. The month will end with Sherri Shepherd, a fan favorite.

Wendy Williams Still Not Certain For Season 13

Wendy Williams is still not certain for February, the Season 13 of the show. Even if Williams returns she will have lost her sheen and her show hasn’t been renewed past this season. There are even rumors that Wendy Williams will not return to her show due to health issues. She hasn’t hosted in Season 13.

The author of Ask Wendy has been silent about her health. She had earlier acknowledged that she was suffering from Graves’s disease. She was seen earlier leaving a Miami wellness center and told that she was fabulous.

She promised more of ‘Wendy stuff’ to her fans as she got into her SUV assisted by her son, Kevin.

Wendy Williams had previously spoken of her prolonged absence on Instagram saying that her recovery was taking much longer than she had expected.

She had then said that she had reached an age, and it was important for her to follow her doctors. She said that she would return to her purple chair the moment she was ready. She thanked all her guest hosts and staff for being there when she needed them.
