The Governor of the state, Tom Wolf has said that the PA Opportunity Program must be passed in order to provide the citizens with more funding. He said that the rising prices of gas are causing a huge problem for the citizens to cope with the daily expenses. 

He stated that it would not be fair to keep the money away from the taxpayers. All the taxpayers who have paid their taxes on time will be receiving the money as soon as the bill is sanctioned.
