44-year-old actress Tia Mowry announced her split with Cory Hardrict coming in October following up on their 14 years of marriage together.

The Tia & Tamera actress is finally spilling up about her divorce as she walks towards embracing her newly-found independence finalizing the divorce dates happening this October from soon-to-be ex-husband Cory Hardrict.
In a recent interview with E! News, she confessed how she used to always have someone next to her as she reminisce on the moments alongside her sister Tamera Mowry-Housley who has always been by her side, but this is quite essentially the very first time she was by herself.
Tia Mowry continued to state that this experience has brought upon some new learnings about her own self, like loving herself and attracting all the positive and optimistic energy. She added that life is really short so it’s just better to focus on the positive.
The Seventeen Again star even shared her side of the advice on moving on from a rough patch. Mowry says the best she could say is to love yourself. The actress added that the most valuable lesson is self-love. She preached about the importance of spending time knowing yourself, and grace will be by your side.

Tia Mowry says how she’s all about just taking time for tapping in and self-care with meditation and other daily affirmations. The actress even revealed herself to be taking therapy and continuing on working for growth from within as she tags her renowned dialogue to always chase for joy. Mowry said she’s quite satisfied with the place in her life she’s in right now.
