Warriors got beaten by the Grizzlies and Ja Morant in OT as they advance in the next stage and will face Jazz. The Grizzlies and Ja Morant came with no fear, aggression, and determination every way at Golden State. They crashed the glass of offense and created many extra chances while jumping inside many passing lanes and forcing turnovers. They got a lot of production and stamina from their bench. They left the Warriors standing in awe and defeated. For every flurry of Stephen Curry, the Grizzlies already had their answers ready. They are now heading back to their playoffs. 

Ja Morant Shines Against The Warriors!

Ja Morant managed to make consecutive jumpers while scoring 35 points in the last 48 seconds provided to them in the overtime. Memphis managed to advance inside the postseason for the 1st time in 4 years. They successfully held off the Warriors and Curry by a scoreline of 117-112 on the night of Friday. It was an absolute thriller in play. Taylor Jenkins, coach of the Grizzlies said after the match that it is an amazing and proud moment for the team. They worked a lot hard in each match of their season. 

After beating the Warriors, Memphis managed to earn the seed of No. 8 while advancing inside the 1st round of the playoffs of the Western Conference, best-of-7. They will be facing Utah, which is the top seed of the competition so far. After beating the Warriors, their first game is on Sunday, to be played at a stadium in the city of Salt Lake. While in the match between the Grizzlies and the Warriors, Ja Morant managed to shine on a very big stage. It is just a start for him. The stage is not getting a lot bigger and more competitive for him, the Grizzlies, and Dillon Brooks.
