The visiting team overcame a challenging monster night from Luka Doncic, star of the Dallas Mavericks with a combined effort, the best we have seen from them so far this season. The combined effort of Paul George and Kawhi Leonard saved the game. Amidst the huge crowd of around 17,705 fans at the Center of American airlines, the Clippers managed a scoreline of 118-108 against the Mavericks. Kawhi Leonard and Paul George together managed to score a total of 65 points for their team. The Clippers were successful in cutting the 1st round series lead of the Mavericks to 2-1. In the 1st half, Paul George scored a total of 22 points out of his 29 points.
He said that they are still down by 2-1 and haven’t managed to show anything worthwhile. He declared his team as not being the favorites for winning the championship. He added that while they are not even the defending champions, they have to be better and keep doing what they did on Friday night. But he urged the fans to go slow because the team has to take one step at a time to win the series. He wants his team to win their 4th Game in LA.
