Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who had also played for Manchester United in the past, put in a valiant effort to give Milan a chance. However, a 74th minute spectacular save from Dean Henderson denied the substitute a promising chance of an equalizer.

Solskjaer’s men held their nerves under the opponent’s pressure for the rest of the game.
