Ron DeSantis Disagrees Over Biden’s Antibody Policy
Joe Biden launched a program to give out monoclonal doses of antibodies to all the states. Most of the states in the south including Florida relied heavily on the method to treat their patients. However, these states consumed a bulk of the order within September. This one-sidedness made Biden restructure the distribution of the doses.
This made Ron DeSantis very much angry. He accused Joe Biden of depriving the residents of Florida. He stated that Biden was being unfair and robbing the Floridians of their right to treatment. At a press conference, Ron ensured that he will not give up easily. He promised to do everything in his power to ensure the proper availability of medication for Florida.
Earlier, Ron DeSantis has been in the news famously for his opposition to the covid measures. He did not support the wearing of the masks and denied following any mandates. He did not inflict a shutdown during the pandemic. This led the covid cases in Florida to spike up. Ron DeSantis has been criticized greatly for his policies.
