Rudy Giuliani was behind the fraud election controversy. Which he made while representing Trump in his campaign. And he should be held accountable for it. The final decision is yet to be made about whether Giuliani should be sanctioned or not.
Rudy Giuliani’s Fate Is Yet To Be Decided
One charge was proved against Rudy Giuliani by DC Bar’s disciplinary counsel Hamilton Fox. The trump attorneys have used court in millions of ways to bring those false charges regarding election fraud cases. However, the hearing committee has disclosed not only Rudy Giuliani but there are others like him who are looking guilty. These people have worked with Trump and the campaign for legal challenges after the 2020 election.
Rudy Giuliani testified in court and partially accepted his involvement, in this case, was very little. Later on, when other attorneys started to withdraw Giuliani argued and ultimately lost his temper. And said again there was nationwide voter fraud. And the Democrats have stolen the votes in Pennsylvania.
If he had time he could have collected more evidence to substantiate his claims. He has served as manhattan’s US attorney. He believes he is not the one who is at fault but the others who have asked him to do so are. And he was yet to prove. And Giuliani’s attorneys have made the claim that at some point their client believed it was true the claim, and worked accordingly. He did only what he has been asked to do.
Not only this, but a case from the 2000 election came to the surface with Rudy Giuliani’s involvement in that too, similar to the 2020 election. There is a bunch of hearing about to happen before the final decision.
