Sam Darnold is one of the finest players in the NFL. He plays as a quarterback and has a lot of success for his team. He was born in New York on 5th June 1997. Darnold was always very much keen on sports. He started playing football at a very young age. Sam participated in college football with great enthusiasm. He played for USC and guided them to win the RoseBowl. He made his entry to the NFL stage in the year 2018. Sam was drafted into the team by the New York Jets.

Darnold created history when he debuted as the youngest player. He was only twenty-one years of age in his first match. He immediately made a positive impact. The athlete started as the Jets’ primary quarterback. After serving the New York-based team for a couple of years, he moved to the Carolina Panthers. However, everything does not seem to be okay with Sam Darnold. He has suffered a terrible injury that is keeping him out of action. Sam is still not fit and will likely miss the next match.

Sam Darnold Waits For Doctor’s Approval

Sam Darnold does not seem to be a hundred percent fit. He was still not able to practice at full stretch. His movements were restricted by the doctor following his injury. The star quarterback suffered a terrible injury while playing against the Falcons last week. Darnold was ruled out with a concussion and some serious niggle in his shoulder.

Darnold was mostly seen chatting with the coaches during the Panthers’ practice. Joe Brady & Sean Ryan was spotted having exclusive discussions with Sam Darnold. In case he is unavailable, PJ Walker might get the nod against the New England Patriots. Darnold is itching to get back to action and currently awaits the doctor’s clearance.
