Cara Delevingne and Selena Gomez have taken their friendship to a new level with the mysterious matching tattoo. Bang Bang later confirmed that the close friends and forthcoming star in the upcoming Only Murders in the Building, donned large rose tattoos in watercolor.
They revealed the identical tattoos on Tuesday when the artist posted the eagerly anticipated close-up of the delicate pink-gray rose donned by Selena, resting jest beneath her neck. Bang Bang gave a heartfelt shout-out, thanking her for being truly wonderful always.
The artist also posted a recording of Cara Delevingne wearing her floral tattoo, located close to her rib cage.
Bang Bang revealed that he had a lot of fun making the tattoos and thanked Cara Delevingne for her trust in him and making the art a success. He revealed that it was his first watercolor ever and he had not revealed the information to them till it was finally over.
In an interesting coincidence, both friends sported the rosy new tattoos beneath the roman numeric tattoos that Cara Delevingne and Selena Gomes sport.

Gomes first revealed her roman numeric tattoo in 2012 with 76 written behind her neck. That tattoo was also done by the artist.
Bang Bang revealed that she had done the tattoo as an honor to a member of her family who meant a lot. Selena had been apprehensive that the tattoo might be painful, she had held Cara Delevingne’s hands throughout the process. And it turned out to be a great work of art.
Similarly, Cara Delevingne’s number 12 resting on the rose also holds an extraordinary meaning for her. Located just below her breast, it is her lucky number.
The shooting for Season 2 of Only Murders in the Building will begin next month and the two friends will be in it, opposite each other.
