Kevin Spacey has faced multiple accusations of a sexual misdemeanor in the last four years. However, the actor is looking to make a return to movies in a minor detective role. The film is a crime drama from Italy.

A Controversial Move For Kevin Spacey

61-year-old Kevin Spacey will play the role of a police officer. He will be involved in the investigation of a certain man’s case who can listen to people’s voices and draw them. The man is blind and a wrong accusation of sexual abuse involving children is leveled against him. Franco Nero, the director, plays the man.

In an interview with ABC News, Nero said that he was happy that Kevin Spacey agreed to play the role in his film. He considers Spacey an amazing actor and he cannot wait to begin the film. The movie will also cast Vanessa Redgrave, Nero’s wife, in the role of the piano teacher of the extraordinary man.

Kevin Spacey has not made many appearances on any kind of screen, small or big, since 2017. Over 20 men had alleged the actor of sexual misconduct back during Spacey’s time in London’s Old Vic. The period was from 1995 to 2013. Kevin, however, denied all allegations.

As a result of the allegations, his shots were replaced by those of Christopher Plummer in Ridley Scott’s All the Money in the World. His main role in the House of Cards Netflix series was also discontinued.

In 2019 October, Los Angeles prosecutors rejected a case of sexual battery because the one who had started the case had died. In 2020 July, Massachusetts prosecutors discontinued a case where Spacey had allegedly groped a man who was 18 because he did not want to testify.

In 2020 September, Anthony Rapp, the actor who had been in Star Trek, and one more man filed another case alleging Spacey had sexually assaulted them in the 80s.
